MediaTek鈥檚 New Manager Development Program (NMDP) has earned the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Excellence in Practice Award鈥攐ften called the 鈥淥scars鈥漮f global talent development. This recognition underscores MediaTek鈥檚 commitment to cultivating talent and fostering leadership across the organization. The NMDP accelerates new managers鈥� leadership capabilities through a blended learning model, enabling them to guide teams and fulfill strategic objectives. Since launching in 2020, NMDP has held more than 16 sessions and trained 650+ managers.
