    With flexible CPU SoC pairing, this cost-effective Wi-Fi 7 NIC solution is ideal for GPON, 5G CPE, routers, repeaters, gateways, access points, and other Wi-Fi-enabled networking devices.

    Bringing Advanced Connectivity Features to Mainstream Devices

    MediaTek Filogic 650 is a highly advanced Wi-Fi 7 Network Interface Card (NIC) solution with dual-band, dual-concurrent capabilities, enabling performance of up to 3.6 Gbps.

    The Filogic 650 supports a 3x3 antenna configuration with 2 Spatial Streams (2SS) on the 5 GHz band, with a maximum bandwidth of 160MHz, and a 2x2 configuration with 2 Spatial Streams (2SS) on the 2.4 GHz band, with a maximum bandwidth of 40MHz. The additional third antenna on the 5 GHz band can be used for zero-wait DFS and/or MRC to enhance downlink (Rx) performance.

    Advanced access point features include OFDMA, support of MU-MIMO clients, 512 MAC entries, 16 MBSSID and support for all Wi-Fi Alliance Wi-Fi 7 features.

    Highly Integrated Platform

    With an integrated iFEM (PA and LNA) inside the MediaTek RFIC for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, the platform size is reduced, energy efficiency is improved, and design and cost benefits are provided for device makers.
