NVIDIA DGX Spark is now available

The AI revolution has arrived and fits in the palm of our CEO's hand. MediaTek Vice Chairman and CEO Dr. Rick Tsai holds the world's smallest AI supercomputer, the NVIDIA DGX Spark, which is powered by the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip co-designed by Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ

This groundbreaking personal AI supercomputer allows developers to prototype, fine-tune, and inference large AI models on the desktop. Starting October 15th, the DGX Spark is now available to drive the next wave of AI development across industries.

The GB10 leverages MediaTek's expertise in designing power-efficient and high-performance CPU, memory subsystem, and high-speed interfaces to power the Grace 20-core Arm CPU. The GB10 delivers up to 1 PFLOP of AI performance to accelerate model tuning and real-time inferencing. Developers can work with large models of up to 200 billion parameters or use the built-in ConnectX-7 networking technology to connect two DGX Spark systems for inference tasks involving models with up to 405 billion parameters. The compact design fits easily on a desktop and operates efficiently using a standard electrical outlet.

This latest achievement is the culmination of a long-standing collaboration with NVIDIA to advance AI innovation across supercomputers, vehicles, IoT devices, and data center solutions.
